Bought coins and didn't receive any...

I bought coins today (Sept. 1, 2011) at 10:56am (according to email from Android Market). It is now 1:35pm and I still don't have my coins. I bought $5 (50coins) and it charged my bank account and everything. No letter in-game saying I bought any, and no coins. WTH Haypi? This is the second time this has happened to me. Please don't tell me to email support, I did that right after my bank account got charged and have I heard anything from anyone? NO! Haypi, fix this NOW..! please

although i bet you emailed kingdomsupport, did you letter the ingame support? they tend to be more helpful

haypi is usually good about being fair, so the fact that out of probly hundreds of cases of this happening, you are the unlucky 1 who has to wait a while, well, its not fair, but it happens. although i am not a member of haypi staff, i do want to apologize, as i know haypi to normally be better than this.

Please be patient, it might take some certain time to confirm and sort it out. Commonly a solution will be provided within 72hrs if the response hasn't been flushed away by the coming letters.

you may want to consider taking a break for haypi for a few days, and let them sort this out. they have really good costumer support, so they should get things straightened out in a jiffy.

This is the second time this has happened. Haypi used to be a great game, until that server crash a month ago. Now the game is full of force closes and server timeouts. I want either my money back or my in-game coins. Why should I have to wait 72hrs because Haypi's game crashed? I didn't even get an in-game letter saying that I purchased coins. Just an e-mail from the Android Market saying what I bought and my bank account being charged for it...

well, you better find someway to get that info (in picture form) to haypi.

I have bought coins but i have not received them on my account i have emailed haypi well over 12 hours ago and still had not reply you's are fast enough to take the money from peoples bank accounts so you should be fast at sorting out the problem can someone give me some advice here please because if it goes over 72hrs waiting period and i have still not received my haypi coins i will take it further with a complaint to Google and i'm sure the local paper would love a story like this ( haypi kingdom robs man of his hard earned cash)
