haypi kingdom with papaya

We spend a lot of times here, meet friends around the world, and setup alliance together, helped each other, fight enemy together, working hard on building our term and relationship with other

But now, base on "system error" reason, most of my friend are stop playing

does it mean I'm STUPID to spend my few months times here?

We working hard and spend a lot of times to build up our team, HAYPI only used two days, then my term are gone

i encountered the love¡ng same situation since last week. it started to occured when they released a mall wide sale for the gold coins. and even today the support team didnt give any coind to me or even give back my papayas. that is why im so rude to them. this is not really good because they just keep deducting papayas when you purchase gold coins. damn. i hope they will fix this problem because they are really getting on my nerves. this is bad for their company`s reputation also but they just do nothing. damn.

Its not our fault the calculations were wrong. Why are we being punished?? They took more than just the coins people purchased from papaya. Like a player from server 76... Pertymouth... They took all their coins from them. Papaya coins and the coins they had before papaya. Plus all the treasure they had. They didn't have the calculations right...

Just checked my account, they take off all my max enhanced treasure, and give me all lvl 15 treasure ( enhance lvl 0 ), plus 796 enhance stones

*** I only use papaya buy 4800 haypi coins****
Before that i have 2080+- coins in my acc, horse and manual treasure enhanced to lvl 17, ring enhanced to lvl 15.

I used 796 enhance stones, only could enhance my horse treasure to lvl 16, manual lvl 11 and ring lvl 3

Support only refund those enhance stones used enhance treasure with success, NOT all the enhance stones i used to enhance treasure, OR give me back my lvl 17 horse, lvl 17 manual, lvl 15 ring

Mean i should bear the lost in enhance my treasure again . . . .

And where are my 2080+- coins?

796 enhance stones?

It's rite, if each enhance success at once

enhance to lvl 17, totally need 286 enhance stones
enhance to lvl 15, totally need 224 enhance stones

But it wont lol

If i upgrade my treasure to my previous lvl, and it is enhance success at once:

Horse, lvl 16-17 need 32 enhance stones
manual, lvl 11-17 need 162 enhance stones
ring, lvl 3-15 need 209 enhance stones

Total is 403 enhance stones, minus 3 enhance stones balance in hand, there are 400 enhance stones

it mean i'm under paid at least 400 enhance stones? ( if enhance success at once)
OR
haypi teams are asking me spend more money to lose in enhance again?

received e-mail from haypi team and s78 support already, thx for your reply.

but i was told they cant send enhanced treasure to me, and only could send me the basic needed enhance stone to me........

now, i lost my lvl of enhance treasure
lvl 17 horse to lvl 16
lvl 17 manual to lvl 11
lvl 15 ring to lvl 3

it's under-paid...............

and i asked for long....... where are my 2080 coins (i bought by itunes)????
