Error 102?

A friend of mine whom I am trying to refer is continually getting this error on his Samsung Behold. He'll try to install and it'll give him an 'error 102' as he's attempting to install. Does anyone have any idea what that means and if there's any way to remedy this?

isnt errror 102 a network connection error. i would recomend checking your internnet connection then contacting the supplier of your handset

I think it is just one of the many glithes haypi has that they are now starting to balim on your connection. Everytime i just tried to sign in it said check your connection yet I have full wifi signal and am posting here from my phone.
