Vvanishing treasures

Hi

I have a strange problem. One day some of my treasures have disappeared, eg silver boxes, gold boxex, enchancment stones ... Since then, every if i get such a treasure I do not see it in the tab treasures. I play in hk in android. I do not know what to do. Maybe someone has met with a similar case. I even tried to reinstall the game, but it did not help.

I think this is a user sided glitch than client sided. If you tap the first (or empty equivilent next to any treasures you have) empty box in your treasure interface, does anything appear? One of the disappeared treasures?

Nothing appears if i tap empty box. Some type of tresure i can see in my treasure interface. The ones i can see appear in the middle of treasure interface. It seems to me that sam boxes are full but i can't see it. I don't know what to do with it.

Could you get me a screen shot and post it here? If you could that'd be really helpful to us all.

For example when i hunt silver box i can't see but when i hunt sword i can see it.

The only thing I can think of is a user sided error, hopefully this'll be fixed in the next update. Other than that, once it is fxed, you'll be really rich from all the sored silver + gold boxes =] (sell for 20k, or 40k NPC price)

Like said before it could be a sever glitch not a android glitch. This has happened to others before they said it has worked after they restarted the game and their phone completely.
