Refer problem

Ok so I referred my friend katnip and got the 1k prestige And resources... Now he's lvl 4... But I can't complete the task and I haven't gotten my coins:( what should I do?

If his title is lvl4 not just his Civilization then you should have gotten your coins and task completed. If not then send a support case with details they will fix it.
