I've seen Ender on a few times in the past two days. Perhaps you're just not catching him/her on at the right times?

Nominees for expert are expected to help the masses in WORLD CHAT and many of the nominees are seldom seen there.
That's not to say you can't vote for members in your alliance, but do so because of what they are doing for the server as a whole, not just the 50 people in their alliance.
Please try to nominate for players that give their time to Haypi by being available in world chat to new players and helping the community understand that chat is supposed to be a clean and safe environment for them to chat in without fear or insult.
