Server 23 Expert Nominations

I would like to nominate ThunderBBM as an expert because he is always active and he helps by telling new people about the game

I'd like to nominate Scapucino as our expert at Server 23. He's been helping a lot of people at wc; always nice and patient to players who seek help. I believe he will make an exellent expert! 
