I think the haypi staff chose an excellent expert, Sybil. She's doing her best to answer all questions thrown out in wc, keeping up with convos, and keeping the chat civil and clean.

Although, as she has said herself, she needs another expert to help her out. It's hectic in s20 chat!!! Lol. I haven't quite been able to have a conversation with anyone else willing to converse with me, but her and the two other kind voices who've befriended me in wc, andTsao007 and digdug(splchk)So sorry

I don't know where else to go about saying this, but I was banned from the chat without even talking on the chat. I was on one night and being very very good and not breaking any rules and then I got back on today and I'm banned from chat? I talked to the experts and they didn't ban me.

you need to email support about it they will have logs of everything and reasons for bannings so should be able to let you know more information than experts
