So the nominations thread isn't clogged up with off-topic posts, all discussion concerening the nominations shall take place here. Try not to be too hateful.

I think there needs to be more people who know how to nominate, I know many people who would like to nominate but don't understand forums.

have an expert post the steps to get to the expert nominations
