My new alliance is called V. In just 3 days we've made the front page, hovering at about rank 49. We've managed to do so with the help of many active members such as Avenger, Sw0rn, anon, Aurellius, and myself.
V will fluctuate in requirements with the tides of member number. We currently have 35 members and 3 vices. Although there are quite a few low level members right now, I'm sure that will sort itself out in a few weeks once V has settled onto the front page. I may send those below level 5 to a baby alliance. I'm open to suggestions.
Anyways, about the members. All of us above level 7 are very helpful! I try my best to get nuggets and gems for my members. All the afformentioned active users also try to answer questions whenever possible.
We correspond! I try to send alliance mail a lot, as well as have one on one conversations with confused members. I know my vices do too.
Final point about V: the letter V looks cool!
