Luck obviously does, but I'm pretty sure you mean fortune. Fortune does not in fact help, the percent chances of success are the same regardless of fortune level.

What does fortune do... Daily gift, double/triple power attacks, hunts. Is that it?

Ive never seen a triple power attack.... And I've run 100+10 fortune for 2 months before, just got lots of doubles

I think double is the max >.> but others say triples are possible, it just bothers me I've never seen one

ive seen a triple once or twice but never on important rounds
