On the forum ( Which you are on now btw lol) Go to haypi kingdom> Expert and moderator nominations> Select the correct server, Then go to the nominations thread, And nominate someone for expert

they both have answered your question. it is also asked that you read the post, posted by support in each nomination thread, so that you know what to look for in an expert. in addition to that, it is also asked that you send a short explanation for why you believe each nominee you nominate, deserves expert.
