Missing troops!

I won an oasis after the merge, called back my troops & my 10k caves just disappeared... I contacted support with all details about what happened & when & I get no response at all

How do you get support around here???

I think it's some kind of bug, otherwise, I don't know. Maybe you didn't have enough crop to feed them...

I lost a battle and healed some cats, and they didn't appear anywhere. I don't really know, I'll contact support if they're not there in a few hours. Seems to be a bug though.

three things to try
1. build a troop in the city
2. restart the app
3. reonstall the app

I think if you reinstall the app, you have to pay money to buy it again. Otherwise, I have NO clue how to reinstall.

Nope. My fight was against a player; I lost about 1200 cats and healed a couple hundred, but they never reappeared.

Not really, any app you purchase and you delete it and re-install that app again, it is free to download as it is only a one time payment.

When you fight in an oasis and your opponent occupies it, the troops you heal are lost.
