WHY WONT HAYPI RESPOND

everytime i send a letter ( email) to the haypi team they never respond. they wont respond to any extent. haypi WHY WONT U RESPOND

Support is always very busy and they may not have the time to respond to every player's messages.

i constantly send them emails and i get no response and how r they busy all they prolly do is stand around at computers all day monitoring players

Give them time.

Also look in your Spam

and don't bash the haypi team

heres a scenario each support take 2 minutes per email to respond they are each moderating 7 servers and receive around 50 mails a day. thats 50 x 7 x 2 thats 700 minutes on responding to mails.

thats 10+ hours, support have there own lives and therefore dont respond to all the mails
