Conquer a Branch City

How many times do you have to attack someone's branch city before you take it? Can you take the city if you're already at your city limit per rank?

The branch city must be attacked 10 times. So you'll most likely need at least one partner to Do it. And if you already own your max amount of cities, you will not be able to occupy it.

i think that its better described as you have to reduce a subs city to loyalty to 0 as it could take alot more than 10 attacks if the player you are stealing from doesnt go into refuse war. branch city reduces by 10 each time the attacker wins a battle in the sub
