I can't log into Hapyi at all

I've been trying to log into Haypi all day and can't, my troops are probably dead and I just wanted to know if anyones having the same problem? Keeps saying there's a problem with my network (the same network I'm using to access this forum!) or that my login timed out!

try reinstalling the app.

please give more details such as the device you are using as support needs this in order to help you

I've tried re installing it's actually made the problem WORSE, when restarting my device and closing the program didn't work I tried deleting the program and redownloading from the app store and now its stuck mid-download not doing anything. So I can't even try logging in. And that's the SECOND time that's happened I used a back up to clear the half downloaded phantom file and yet when I tried the download again same problem. I've tried downloading other things fine so it's just HAYPI
I've got a iPhone 4 and everything else is working including the net access as it's what I'm using to post this.

I have not seen this problem presented in any form. Many of my friends have haypi and they are not experiencing this problem. I suggest, if it says you're not getting WiFi on your iPod or android, whichever you use, to reboot your wireless network router, even if you get WiFi for everything. Adding to that- maybe reset your router? That could make a difference. I had the same problem and thats how i solved it.

in this case ,it has nothing to do with Haypi because you even couldn't successfully download the Haypi app .
