War tricks

Hey guys this is for mostly new players and friends of mine on server 80...
A few tricks I know...
1) When capturing a fort you can turn it into a portal, you have cities A and B for example, you attack a fort 2 times from city A and capture from city B and then you can dispatch troops from city A to the fort, callback and they are in city B, very fast way of transporting troops across the map.
2) Cavalry are in my opinion the strongest unit in the game, if you get 100 speed and max a lv 15 horses enhancement then it can hit enemy turrets on round 1, and they are extremely strong if you max their defense. I would suggest always keeping 10 thousand or more.
3) Set timers! This will make sure you never forget to command or lose troops to an enemy because you weren't on when they finished building.
4) Oasis can be a life saver, use them to your advantage for extra resources or boost crop production at higher levels when your crop production goes negative.
5) Fort farming is an amazing way to get resources, every extremely good player keeps their troops always busy unless they are sleeping.
6) Marching time - this can be changed by simply upgrading marching tech which in the end helps more than you can imagine, but here's what I know. Cavalry move about twice as fast as infantry, infantry movement is listed on your map, archers move about two times slower than infantry, and catapults move about 3 times as slow as infantry.

Hope this helps, The__Saint

This is incorrect. Please check your facts. Max enhanced horse and manual will still not allow cavs to hit level 10 turrets on round 1.

Everything else you mentioned is common knowledge and can be found in almost every guide that is posted in the Guides section of the forum.

Re: War tricks

I think it should be titled "Simple guide for new players" or something... and dropped in your Haypi World.. most people that use forums have alot of knowledge on the game and it may not necessarily help them :/goood job though!

Thanks!

Archers are about the same speed as infantry.
