they are extremely rare

I've been capturing and resigning lvl 7's in the hope they'll become lvl 10. No luck yet

Level 10 oasis are rare, but i think I've seen at least 10, I owned one for a while, but it jus kept getting fought over so I gave it away lol

hehe id move my city next to it just so i could move troops out to it to defend and gain prestige it'd be sweet

Funny story about that lol, it was about 6 min away, and I had stolen it from a person (kinda the reason he wanted it back haha) but I had left 9 cavs in it, he sent a cav and didn't get it back, so got angry and sent 5k cats. Lmao. I had time to dispatch about 20k cav, and they reached the oasis 3 seconds before his attack hit. 
let's just say I was very content and he was... Not... Bahahaha

Yeah level 10s can be a good place for pp....This guy left 12k cats in there to defend and i got 120k pp.
