exceeding city limits

I can't find an explanation anywhere so ill just ask. What dictates the amount of oasis's you can own? Is it based on your lvl?

Yes it is based on your level. To work out how many oasis you can have at one time is To half your level and round up. eg; If you are lvl 5, 5 divided by two is 2.5, and 2.5 rounded up is 3, So you can have 3 oasis at lvl 5

or you can look at it as, every 2 levels, you get another oasis.... same thing as the equation above.
