Username does not exist?

My brother was playing the game and got to task 4 "name change". He typed in a name, password, email, and used me as his refer. It said he had to contact support. He tried again like 3 more time and it still said the same thing. So he closed the game and reopened it to see if it would work that way. Now it's saying username does not exist. What does the mean? Is there no way to just restart?

when you reach lvl 10 you are allowed to create a new account, at the moment there is no way to restart

If you make a new account at level 10 will you lose your other one?

no merely be able to use two accounts, if you go to account info on the main start up scree3n you can shoose which account you wish to log in with

Nathan, I know what he means it says he can't make an acc then when u get off the game and try to login it won't let u, just as if it wud say u can't login cause of maintenance, don't ask me how I know :p

I was wondering about this...

When you make a new acct and get an ha_a name, you are not able to create a password until you have completed the name change task. What happens if you log out and log into an alt acct? How would you be able to access your ha_a acct at this point, not having a pw for it? Do you have to play your ha_a acct until you have completed the name change task? Could this explain why there are thousands of abandoned ha_a Accts?

Yea u wudnt, someone said pword was ha_ name but I've tried that, u just have to make another ha_ acc

You mean once you've created an ha_a acct, if you haven't completed the name change task you may actually create another one with the same device?

This is poor planning on the part of the development team, I'm sorry to say.

Edit: I suppose it was done like this to prevent spam Accts etc, but for the new players trying to join the game, I bet it is extremely frustrating!

Idk I never did it like that, and since the acc spam u can only make 5 ha_ accs a day
