Can't get on Haypi Kingdom

Help! I made another character on a different server and on task five I tried to change my name but I kept on entering it wrong so when I finnally got it right it said there was an error and to check out the website. I came here but the first time I couldn't find this and when I went back to the game I tried again but the same thing happened. Then I tried to go back again but when I went the home screen appeared, I clicked start game but it said username doesn't exist and every time I tried to log onto this account either it wouldn't let me on!

This has happened to me too, it says contact support, so do that
