Gold chest?

So I got a gold chest, and my open chest is at a lv 6. Yet when I try and open it, it says my open chest lv is to low, and when I try to sell it at market, it does not appear in my sell items. I've re-loaded Haypi Kindom 3 times. what gives?

To open a gold chest you need 10 coins

ive had this problem too except with a silver chest...

try uninstalling and then reinstalling haypi

it took me 5 times to get mine to work

if it still wont work after that contact support

I've done all that has been suggestied, (sp) and it's still not working, will contact support.

why cant we sell them on market anyway, there are market options to buy them, but none are there obviously.
