permanent chat ban.

about 3 weeks ago i randomly recieved a letter telling me i was banned from chat. the first letter i sent recieved a reply telling me it was a mistake. then i never heard from that person again. sent 3 or 4 more letters and couldnt ever get a second reply. emails were also ignored. so i am forced to post here about my chat ban since i cant seem to get a conversation with support. the last letter i got actually explained it saying i was banned for "using inactive characters to increase pres" and "having multiple accounts". as far as im concerned neither of these are illegal (as per multiple accounts i do, but do not use them to feed in any way.) i would rather appreciate retract on this ban. if anything in here is wrong, feel free to repond about it.

2. if support dont reply then they are most likely not going to retract your ban

i tried to keep it private, but support wont ever respond. and i doubt its because they wont remove it, first guy said he would and never did. should have made it clearer: they replied to each letter i sent, but never said anything to the reply i sent after their reply.

if you have been banned, you must finish out the terms on the ban. if you have a permanent ban, sorry, but you are banned until haypi declares other wise.

also, if you are banned, please change your behavior, and be more respectful, as haypi will see that your behavior has changed, and consider unbanning you.

i have never had any citation or even warning for bad behavior, yodac. this has nothing to do with conduct.

if this was a mistake they would remove it. as they have not you obviously did do domething wrong

i did nothing wrong. like i said they even admitted it was a mistake, but still have not had the decency to remove it.

even so this matter should remain private.
