Question about making new accounts

I got my main account to lvl 10 and i did the task : make a new account.
but now i want to make another account so my brother can try the game... but i cant find where to go to make a new account anymore

It's not there anymore .. I already made 1 new account for me but i want to make another new account. Is is possible ??? or it is a maximum of 2 accounts ?
