ANDROID ISSUE

I am extremely displeased with the support and resolution of my problem!.... I use an android and seen this game on the market so throught id give it a shot... even spent $100 on coin as I thought it was a really good game.

As I got further into it I found I could not join an alliance, I went on chat and asked and apparently this is purely an android issue and every other customer who uses Android is experiencing the same issue!

I am sickened now that I wasted $100 for a game I cannot even fully comit to and work with other people in an alliance!

I wrote to your "support" if you can call it that but have still to receive a reply...

Re: ANDROID ISSUE

When I check alliance ingame it shows;
Alliance Name: null
Alliance Creator:
Alliance Ranking: 0
Alliance Member: 0

then
Member List
Announcement
Alliance Events
Quit Alliance

When you try Quit alliance it says Member not in alliance......

SO im stuck in a loop where I cant leave this "ghost" alliance and cannot join anyone elses....

Re: ANDROID ISSUE

The android version has alot of issues as it was newly released. Give it some time and they will make some updates to fix it.

Re: ANDROID ISSUE

Please write a detailed letter to support ("kingdom management"-->"contact support team"-->"click here"-->insert letter) in the letter put {android device, firmware of device, version of haypi kingdom, and any other problems you notice} doing this should help haypi staff understand the problem better than a bunch of people complaining

yes Uranos I read that >.< if you read it he comes off with a very rude tone. And assuming he did this in his letter with support it obviously won't help the issue. I instructed him to write a letter helping support :)

Re: ANDROID ISSUE

It was hardly rude buddy, id stick in at school because obviously your grammer isnt up to scratch, I was simply expressing my displeasement which is aloud.

Your post is irrelivant and useless if i am frank I already stated I raised this to support.
