server 58 need help

Our wc has many player that trash talk Me everytime. I can't do anything because those high lvl are yust threating me. Why can't our server have moderator or something....... can't take ss on android.

Patience, I am sure support will look into experts for your server. If you believe there is a big issue, letter your support or an expert that you know of on the server.

Since when is trash talking and threatening people against the rules?

As long as threats are kept about the game. And trash talking is not hardcore or break any other chat rules ifs fine

Is it harassment or just a little bit of fighting? Harassment of players is against the haypi user agreement however if it's just gameplay(farming,croppin,etc..) nothing can be done.

If it's harassment report it. That'll be your best option. Nathan has kindly posted the link up there for your report. Screen shots or some form of proof will be needed. Thank you for your time.

if you cant take ss then just note the time and date of when the incident happened and mail support, if the harassment is that bad just stay out of WC for a while and chat in you AC.

I have send them one picture but I will send more. Using my pc because I don't want root my android.
