no. the server time is set universally at GMT time.

which is really annoying when we put the clocks backwards and forwards as it throws me off

yeah just go by daily gift. that is when game time is at zero

Yeah what jacob said basically. To explain:
Check when server time is 0:00, this is when you can get your daily gift. Now, match that with your local time(for me 4:00) and then count forwards and backwards from there to figure out server time and vice versa. Problem solved!!
Also, if you want to change the forum time, go on to the top of the screen and click on user control panel. Then click on board preferences and change your timezone to whatever you want!

yes, you can change how the time in the FORUM, is viewed for you, but not in the GAME. just reiterating that.
