How can I get referral. If I create a new account on my phone will it erase my original game?

Well firstly, to get a referral you have to ask a friend or someone you know that they should play this game. Once they do they will put your name into the refer spot while changing their username since you referred them to the game.
Also, you can create another account but after you get to level 10 (3rd Earl), then there will be a new task to create another account. You don't have to, it's your choice. Creating a new account will not delete your old one, so don't worry. Just as long as you remember the username and password, you're good!
