red wellow red

At the start screen in the top right corner a circular ring, that can be red yellow or green
'what does it mean?

Red is if it isn't connected, green is if there's a connection

Yes if you lose wifi then that circle appears when you get wifi back it will turn green for a sec and then go away

it doesnt ever turn yellow, though.

Mine does turn yellow actually. Maybe that means its a slow connection(like when I am on Edge to save battery?)

actually, your right. i just always thought mine was orange....lol
