You may conquer cities but only if tgey are branch cities it is impossible to take over another players main city. You can tell the difference between a main city and a branch by looking at the map. If the city has an iarnge flag it is a main. If it does not it is a branch. To take over branch cities you mist attack them 10 times. Since you may only attack 5 times a day you will have to get one of your alliance members or friends to help you. Hope this helps,

you must also have an opening for a city. every 3 levels, you may have 1 additional city.
