Level 10 quest, creating new account

When recently I created a bew account from my level 10 quest but I not in latest server but s37, currently my own server is 34, can anyone explain to me why, it is meaningless to play in an old server to catch up people...

i think you might need to mail support if you haven't already. you are supposed to be in the new servers.

however, i dont think they have made a new server in a little while. and i also dont know when you registered the new account. you are usually put on the most recent account made from the time you register it. not from when you log into it, say, a week later.
