imported experts vs new experts

so i was wondering on peoples thoughts on this? mine are: imported experts are ussually experienced but sorta inactive because they play multiple servers. new experts could be less experienced but way more active.

Imported do a better job when they're on but new experts are usually more active. Some new experts seem like they just want expert for 10 coins everyday and don't do very well once they get their title. Imported experts usually are veteran players so they know the game well So overall I guess I prefer imported just wish they could be more active on 1 server instead of split between 3 or 4 servers.

I prefer imported and new. I love all of the experts and see the need for both types on every server. The veterans should be teaching the new experts and appearing in chat often also. The new experts may be slightly more
Active. I will admit I am more active on 2 of my servers than another one, but the one has 10 experts. I also love them adding new experts to the team as long as they are qualified.

i think imported are a short term solution, new experts are the longf term one.

i think that people who are experts on multiple servers dont really have the time to commit to each server and are therefore ineffective on both.

imported experts are the best for the start of a new server, usually when an imported expert appears the people who "help and moderate wc" only for the chance of nominations on expert status slowly give up on getting the title and you can more clearly see those who are actually helpful and dedicated
also imported experts are usually chosen experts who have already proved themselves actually worthy of the title so for the most part they will know the actual rules and not just make things up like most of the wannabe experts on new servers do

Well new experts kinda "have" to be made bc then only old experts would be there, not giving anyone else a chance and giving alot of work to the experts.

i think experienced experts should be in a new server for a little while and then return to there old server when the new experts get the hang of what they are doing, keep experts only expert on 1 server then they can put all there energy into that.
