URGENT URGENT ALLIANCE PROBLEM

I joined in one alliance after 3 days your game give me error, Now i'm out from that alliance but i cant join to other alliance ...give me this:

Alliance Name: Null
Alliance Creator:
Alliance Rannking: 0
Alliance Member: 0
Unapproved Member: 0

I try to quit but give me error ...

Please repair this...
