Lvl 10 Oasis - how, what, where, when ..

Hi

I was told all the info was here in for forums and I have spent some time using the search function, but to no avail.

I use WC a lot on my server and ask about the lvl 10 oasis, true to gaming form almost everyone says they know how exactly to make them ....until it comes to explaining/proving/showing, then noone can actually help.

Im told alot that they are 'made' and do not populate themselves, so thats why i assuming that.

But seriously, does anyone know, or have occupies lvl 10 oasis's themselves ?

Thanks guys. That thread still does not show when I search nvm. It makes more sence when I read it now, I'm going to try for one. At least if you are successful and get a lvl 10 oasis you can hold on to it by renewing it right.
