you also need a nugget which you can buy at the market or with coins
nuggets are also huntable but usually when you need a treasure to level up your army wont be big enough to hunt that particular treasure

Dont forget 1/10 level 2 chests contain a Nugget; but like Tani said:) you won't have a big enough army to hunt the nugget at this point. But to hunt npc treasures you need the infantry's max hunting capabilty at 0 fortune {2.5 gold} so 2k infantry *2.5gold= 5k gold which can get u a hunted nugget possibly
