Different languages

A server 3 expert says that you can talk about other users in the game in another language if it's a conversation.

Example: Bahpben ist dumm (bahpben is dumb)

Is this appropriate?

tht isnt approriate i told you all (yes I admit I told that) AS LONG ITS A CONVERSATIOn (and isnt breaking rules ofc) its allowed. Thts what support told me.....

so bahpen ist dumm isnt apprriate aber e.g.

wie geht es dir?
mir geht es gut dir?
auch
....

im fine too
...

all experts ive known ask not to use different languages on wc...pm or ac wud be fine. but in wc if u say ich hasse diese persone etc they wudnt be able to moderate chat 100% ( sorry if my german is bad ) i havent spoken it in some years

some month ago i muted someone for speaking russian.......

but then i got warned by icey (support) she told me its allowed

what did they understand? english? tht doesnt matter. Imo theres still freedom of speech.

The point is that you don't say something mean about something just because they don't understand it, and then refuse to tell that person what they said, then say "oh, everything was fine"
