Admin or gms plz READ!!!!

Hey guys something terrible happened to me today I was occupying a fort and loading data comes up I checked my internet connection and safari was working afer 15 min the loading data dissapeared. I checked my barracks I had lost 94% of my troops 500 infan , 400 cal , 260 archers and 400 cats . I checked the war report and it's blank I'm pretty mad bout this can the admin or w/e gimme my troops back cause I wasted 14 bucks on this game and I just loose my troops like that plz admin or fms gimme my troops back.

thats why you shouldn't spend money on it. its just a game...

Contact support by going to "general"--> "management" --> contact support--> "click here" at bottom--> then explain to them the time of battle troops lost and your devce firmware. They will reply soon with your troops:)

I'll bet you won't get them back,Persephani got hacked and lost all her troops a while back,but support wouldn't return them.

That's bc she dent get hacked.

2 I have been stopped by command glitch 10+ times an had all troops returned and 10 coins or my troubles

How unfortunate. I dont think they can do much. Sorry plenty of people have had this problem and not gotten their troops back.

I had the same EXACT problem... ill make a topic about it its very annoying and i didnt even understand what supports trying to say lol

its all a matter of whether the information is true or not they cannot refund everyone or everyone would say they lost loads of troops and get refunded
