Selling Question

Every time I try to sell something, I have stuff coming up in red and I can't do it.

Can somebody please explain what these market terms mean:

1. Total Person - Is that the amount of people I need to have to make the transaction?

2. Max Transport - ??

3. Available - ??

Pardon the newbness, but I don't see this explained anywhere.

total person is how many workers/people you have in your city, Max transport is the maximum number of resources your total people can carry, and available i have no clue about

Available is how much more you can transport. How much room you have left.
