Enhancing crops not working

Hello. I am a player from s4 and recently, within 3 days, used some of the coins i bought with my money to enhance all my citie's cropland for 30 days. But yesterday and today, it shows that i havent enhanced some of my cities. I should have almost a month left of enhance, and i spent coins to do it, yet it still isnt working. My army needs the enhance to keep from starving, so please fix this problem. I would also like you to enhance my cities or give me the coins to do so to recompensate me for my wasted money and coins. Thank you.
