Its hard to level while being farmed...

I am a newb, there is no doubt. I'm 1st civilian (lvl 3) but I can't grow any further. Why? I'm being farmed once a day, by a person with overkill forces (3000+ catapults)... any kind or resistance is met with crushing defeat (on my part).
So am I complaining? Well, a little bit. Its hard not to when every time you log on you have find out your army was used for target practice.
My question is, is there a way for me to stop getting farmed, short of making a new account?

Re: Its hard to level while being farmed...

There are many ways around that
1. Move your city away from there main is 40 coins and a sub is 20 coins
2. Keep your army hunting. If u don't have an army out they can't get much from you.
3. keep your resources low... If you do this and No.2 they should not attack you.
4. Send them an email asking why they are attacking so much. Most of the time ppl attack people for resources that they think are no longer playing.
5. Don't let this discourage you from playing. Keep playing and soon you will have a big enough army to kill there army.  stay strong and I hope this helps you out

Re: Its hard to level while being farmed...

Well you have few option.

1. In order not to lose your hard working troops, send them to hunt while you are not playing. this is like hiding your troops.

2. If you feel like using some coins, then get the refuse war for 12 hours or for 5 days. 5 days will cost you 50 coins, 12 hours for 20 coins. If you do spend coins on this, note that they can not attack you, and you also can not attack other players within this period. So this period also gives you some time to build your troops.

3. Find out who is attacking you, look at the report, find the name and search the name, and ask very politely that he or she stop attacking you and to give you a chance to play this game. If you are rude to that player, he or she may not listen to you and keep attacking.

4. I don't think traps or turret would be useful as you mentioned that the opponent has 3k cats?

5. Keep your cranny high, probably around the level of your warehouse, this way the attacker don't get as much resources, unless the attacker has high cranny skill.

6. If you have way too much resources, either sell them for ingame money or put them on a very high price and use it as storage. Just make sure your warehouse is big enough when you cancel the transaction later. Keep in mind that while you are being attacked, you can't store or transport resources, but you can use as much as you need so the attacker can take less.

As was mentioned, moving your city to a different place will help, but it will cost you 20 coins.

Thanks guys, I dont want to move the city, anyway you can track a player by searching their name in the map.
So:
1. Increase cranny level
2. Ask politely to stop attacking
3. Hunt my troops to "hide" them
4. Sell superflous resources
Thanks again.

Also, one other thing to consider is that if the player doesn't stop after being asked nicely, there are other ways to attack a person besides head on. If he has 3,000 cats, chances are he has to use crop oasis to sustain his troops. All it takes is one cavalry to steal an unoccupied oasis. Also, you can steal his forts and resign them as well.

If you've asked nicely and he doesn't stop, the next big thing is to become such a giant pain in his rear-end that he'll leave you alone so that you stop annoying him.

Re: Its hard to level while being farmed...

You do not have to sell your extra resources. You can market hide them buy selling them at a high rate.
If they sell good for you if not then cancel the sale and use them to build.
Remember this costs people.
If you are on server PM me and ill see what i can do to help more.
