Cost of coins

Would like to bring to everyones attention if you havent noticed that the Australian $ is now equal to the US $ however those of us who in Australia that play Haypi and buy coins are still forking out extra on the coin packs as the exchange rate hasnt been adjusted. It seems a little unfair seeing we in Australia still have to pay extra when our Dollar is equal to the American dollar.

I totally agree the Aussie dollor has been booming and it dose not seem fair that we still are paying more for coins. The 30% bonus was great but I think we are still getting the raw end off the deal. Can this please be looked at ?

I was thinking about this yesterday, I agree that the currency exchange should be updated according to rl updates.
Stopped me fom buying coins, that - and the shop won't load...

Why haven't they fixed that?! It seem like a matter to take up with apple as well.

We sell in-game coins via apple iTunes store, and how to charge paying customers is totally up to Apple.

Hi Support 1 are you able to bring it to their attention as if it comes from the admin it will most likely have more of a chance being looked into then from the haypi players .

Also would not there have been a contract agrred upon as to the % of monies that apple and haypi inc share from sales and would there not be a clause in it regarding inflation as such. Imagine if the Australia Dollar fell to 40c compared to the US greenback. Im quiet sure there would be a price raise instantly if that was the case and it would have to be adjusted by going thru haypi i believe. I'm from a low income in capetown south Africa. So can I get a discount too? -ps not really but that's a way ppl can exploit the "coin exchange" but defently should be monitored by apple bc they are the ones who decide the currency amount depending on country.
