Pay pal: Your device isn't supported?!!

So there's plenty of money in my account. In fact, I can buy other things from the app store. It's just this application. Anybody else seen this when they need to buy coins:

Payment method declined: your device isn't supported at this time

I emailed support yesterday, so far no answer.

How do I fix it?

You can use paypal to buy stuff? I thought it was only iTunes cards and credit/debit cards..

Itunes can take pay pal, if you want to know, go to itunes > itunes store> account, and edit payment, you will then see the pay pal option.
