i dont like those big emoji adds. they take up too much space i dont read them so they dont work for me. a good alliance doesnt need pretty pictures to advertise, the get members through word of mouth and respect which is how it should be.

Another good thing is one line ads because they come up at the bottom of the screen of new players game when they just have wc!

THIS^ They are annoying, that is ALL they are. Short ads or sending LETTERS, (you are like "OMFG I have to send individual letters?!") which work better in my opinion.
