Whatever happen to the second account we were suppose to get like a month ago for being title lvl 10 or higher, it still will not allow me to make one

They are testing the task and it should be available in all servers soon.

Latest I have heard was they are making final touches to the task and testing it for any bugs. I have also heard that the task has been officially published on some of the servers. They might be publishing it on each server one by one. If it hasn't reached your server, expect it to come soon. Patience are appreciated
