I completed task 10 a while back and created a second account. I forgot what the username was though. Is there anyway to get this account info back? Without that info I am stuck at one account forever.

you could try mailing support at kingdomsupport@haypi.com, but it is unlikely they will be able to identify your account. they may be able to identify it from your email adress but its unlikely, be sure to try and remember as much of the username as you can

Thanks for the advice. Unfortunately I have tried emailing support for two issues in the past and they have not been helpful. I am trying to solve it with the community instead.

there is very little we cann do, and i am sure they will get back to you on this issue, they are very busy people and do have there own lives to live

Well they haven't gotten back to me in the past and isn't the job of support to provide support? Not trying to flame here but I'm not sure why you are defending them blindly. If support provided support I wouldn't be here.

because support are very busy, you dont realise how many mails and messages they get per day, and support have helped me out a ton of times. this isnt blind faith this is trust in something i know works

I too can attest to support lending me support on many occasions, as well as being completely unhelpful on several others.
All in all, they dobwhat they can and you cant ask for anything more....if it takes some time, you just gotta deal cuz like Nate said, they are overwhelmed.
I will say this.....
It is likely they will not be able to help you in this situation. The acct information is your sole reaponsibilty as stated in the licensing agreement you agreed to when you created your first acct.
Now I don't want to put words in their mouths, but because of this, I'd say your outlook looks to be disappointing.

Try messaging ingame by writing a letter to: Support29. Be sure to include a subject and reason. However your situation is quite a sticky one indeed. I hope they'll be able to help you.

The only thing I can think of off the top of my head (and you would have to be really desperate) is to scroll through the global achievement rankings till you recognize the name. An easier way would be to scroll through that server's ranking, but of course you'd have to have access to that server, which doesn't sound likely.

A good idea in theory, but the achievements list generals by their gamecenter handles, not their haypi one....and chances are even if they are the same name, he linked his main acct to the gamecenter, not his new acct that he received by completing the new acct task....
