Account Problem

My friend made a haypi account and put me as a refferal he ended up on Server 6 with me. He decided to stop playin and gave me the account. It was Taken from me about a month ago where someone changed the email and password for it so i cannot receive the new password to reclaim it what do i do? And also when i start up haypi it doesnt goto the startup screen it just goes right to viewing my city preventing me from joining pvp if i ha the chance, is this how it was designed or just a glitch?

For you second problem do this....
1.click "home" button. You can exit from the game interface
2.double-click the "Home" button
3.press Haypi kingdom icon at the bottom of interface for three seconds
4.click "-"icon to close the Haypi kingdom app
5.click "home" again
6.start game
