How to change name from ha_a12345

Does anyone know how these players can go about changing their names?

They sent a letter about this. After you complete a task, another task is given to change your name.

Everyone who first starts the game starts with ha_###, as you do all your task, there will be a task that will have you create your account, along with referrals. So once you get to that task you can create your account.

When downloading Haypi for the first time members are registered with an account ha_axxxx. they are required to do task 4 upgrade iron mine (warehouse should be upgraded. but not required) once the mine is starting to ugprade they can change their name to xxxxx during htis time of task 5 is when you can set up a refer and all account information.
