Account Transfer?

Is it possible for my account to be transferred from server 5, to server 19?
The reason is because my friend is there.

nope, youll have to create a new account using your friends username as the referal (provided you are using a new apple device)

You cannot choose server by referring anymore.

but it says on on the invite a friend that if they refer you they will be placed next to you on the sever your on???

With the way the task is set up that will not happen anymore.
