Is it possible to restart on a new server?

So I invited a friend to play with me but they ended up on a different server, i understand you can't switch servers but I would like to be able to start over with them, is this possible? If it is possible how to you choose which server to be on? Thanks for the help, just to let everyone know I went to reset password but there was no option for resetting my account...

So no one has an answer I'm about to go ballistic..........,.,

they added a new feature, it's on a task so that when u get to lvl 10, than u have the option to create an account on the newest server. that's probably the only way u can do it.

Then what point is it to refer friends!!!!! And yet there is no response from the developers on this and asked this question last night, in help it says you can delete the account and this would allow me to find the server!!!!! So annoyed

U cannot restart your account. But you can do the task 10. I know it will take a while :/ U could also take a friends ipod and make an acount and use it on your ipod for 2 accounts (but that didnt come from me )

You cannot restart your current account or switch servers. The developers are adding/added a task that allows you to make a new account, but this still may not be on the same server. They currently have no system together that allows you to choose the server, but they are working on optimizing this.

So when they finally realize that friends would like to play this game together am I goingto be screwed and drop a huge amount of coin to change servers based on their screw up? Because this seems like an issue that should of been addressed very early on and fixed, every other MMO in the world allows you to select your server so you can play with your friends.... Maybe next time try not to miss the ball on that one?

It would make it too laggy if they did. But Go to ur cousin or someone who doesnt play haypi and download it there then make an account when your friend makes one and ull be on the same server. PROBLEM SOLVED

You can still put a cap on a server to prevent people from all moving to it once, and you can have a 24 hour wait period as people get put on servers with friends... Not sure why that would cause so much lag....
