How do you report someone in-game?

I'm in server 20, and I don't believe there are any experts yet. I don't know if there is a way to report someone in-game, but if so, I don't know about it.

There are a few very rude, disruptive players who have inappropriate names, etc who need some disciplinary action taken upon them.

So, what's the best way to report someone in-game (mostly from the chat)?

Screenshot the offenses and send them to kingdomsupport@haypi.com or any mod on the forum.
